INITIAL CONSULTATION
All great things in life start with a great plan! At RZ Dream Homes, we begin the process with a free initial consultation to discover what is most important to you, your design/inspiration ideas, budgets, and goals. We would be glad to assist you with any questions that you might have and would provide you with all the required information and knowledge needed to make a well-informed decision.

FINANCE CONSULTATION
Building a home is one of the most significant financial decisions you would be making. We recommend that you meet with an accredited professional who could help you understand every aspect of the financial commitment you are about to make. If you haven’t already addressed this important aspect in your exciting journey of buying a new home, we would be more than happy to connect you with a network of professionals who could find financial solutions for you.

SELECTING HOME DESIGN
After the first two aspects are taken care of, it is time to choose your floor plan that best suits your needs. A deposit would be required to cover the fee of creating your floor plan. Keeping your wishlist and requirements, and budget in mind, our designers would then work on the floor plan that is also compatible with the size and contour of your lot.

ADD YOUR PERSONAL TOUCH TO YOUR HOME
This is the most fun part of the process where you create your dream house by selecting color schemes, fixtures, finishes, and fittings. Our dedicated designer would work with you to give your house a style that is a true reflection of your taste. For some people, it is a very daunting task to decide upon various options. In that case, we would simplify the process by choosing preselected fixtures.

ESTIMATES & SECURING YOUR HOUSE
After you’re 100% satisfied with the design and layout and material selection of your home, you will need to sign a home building contract that specifies the details of everything that you would be getting with the new home. Our building contract would ensure that it is a fixed-price contract with no surprises and hidden fees. At RZ Dream Homes, we would ensure that it is a totally smooth transition for our clients.

BUILD PHASE
At RZ Dream Homes, we build every home to the highest standard. Once we have acquired the necessary building permits from the city and your final authorization, we would initiate the building process of your new home. We follow a very organized building process and would keep you up-to-date throughout the entire construction process. At RZ Dream Homes, we are very committed to following the timeline and delivering your house on the promised date.

POSSESSION AND WARRANTY
After all the research and hard work you put into building your new home, the most rewarding part is when you take possession. When your new home is presented to you, our team members will walk you through each room and demonstrate the many important features of your new home. We would explain the warranty program for your new home and handover all the manufacturer’s warranties of the appliances. We would ensure that you are fully satisfied with all aspects and work on the areas that you would request immediately. We would then need you to complete the Home Owner’s Satisfaction Report. From here on, once we hand over your home to you, we look forward to starting a long-term rewarding relation.
